Cesare Foglia

Cesare Foglia grew up in Puerto Rico and went to university in Florida and Oregon for nursing certifications and later attended Anna G. Mendez University and received his bachelor’s degree in psychology. He is currently on the path of getting his master’s degree in social work from Capella University.

Cesare has been working in the health care industry for over 15 years, starting as a phlebotomist then moving into nursing. He worked with a diverse community that frequently struggled with mental health challenges. He found in this time a desire to help people using his lived experience. He understands the importance of finding a mental health provider who is able to show empathy that can connect with people when they are struggling.
