Substance Use Assessment
A client meets with a certified SUD counselor to assess whether they meet criteria for treatment. If they do, this assessment will also indicate which level of treatment is recommended for their care. Urine analyses (UAs) are collected during the assessment.

Individual Counseling
A client meets with a certified SUD counselor to explore the barriers to recovery, learn coping skills, be held accountable, learn ways to help mend friendships, and learn how to live life sober. UAs are collected through the course of this treatment.

Intensive Outpatient Groups and Outpatient Groups (IOP/OP)
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) is a three (3) hour group held four (4) days per week. Outpatient (OP) is a two (2) hour group held two (2) days a week, designed to teach relapse prevention skills, learn how to have healthy relationships, recognize thinking errors, and push through barriers that keep a person in active addiction. UAs are collected through the course of this treatment.

- Varies per client, and is based on need. If the client starts in IOP, it is estimated that they will complete the group level in 8-12 weeks, then step down to OP, and complete that in another 8-12 weeks. These timeframes vary on the dedication and commitment of the client.

Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
Two hour group held once (1) per week, designed to enhance self-image, promote growth of a positive, productive identity, and facilitate the development of higher stages of moral reasoning.
- Session Duration
- This program consists of 16 steps that the client must work through in the provided workbook. If the client stays on track and dedicates themselves, they could complete the program within 24-36 group sessions.

Monthly Monitoring
Once per month, 30-60 minute check in with an SUD counselor to process and work through barriers and successes in their recovery, providing a consistent accountability piece (UAs may be collected in these meetings).
- Session Duration
- Varies per client and is based on need. If the client is in the MAT program taking Suboxone, they will be expected to attend monthly monitoring once they have completed the IOP/OP groups.

Urine Analysis (UA) and Mouth Swab Testing
Urine sample or mouth swab given by clients and sent to a credentialed diagnostic agency.
We are also able to work with special programs for employers to set up UA collection.
