Court-Ordered Rehab: Our Comprehensive Approach

For those mandated by the court to attend rehab, the path might seem daunting. However, with the right guidance and support, it can be a transformative experience. Here’s how we assist:

Completing an Assessment: Your Starting Point

Before diving into treatment, it’s crucial to understand where you stand. Using the ASAM assessment, our team of licensed professional counselors and clinical social workers will gauge your position on the addiction spectrum and recommend a treatment intensity that aligns with your situation. Our assessment considers:

  • Your history with substance use & any prior treatments.
  • The presence of a supportive network, including family & friends.
  • The stability of your living environment.
  • Your readiness and willingness to embrace change and discontinue drug use.
  • Your current involvement in medical care and mental health services.
  • The potential risk of withdrawal symptoms from the drug in question.

Assignment to One of Three Levels of Rehab

Depending on your assessment results and personal circumstances, you'll be directed to one of three levels of rehab:

  • Inpatient (Most Intensive)While we don’t offer inpatient services directly, we can play a vital role in your inpatient intake journey. Based on our assessment, we’ll recommend a suitable inpatient facility and can even assist with transportation if needed. The duration of your inpatient stay will be determined by our assessment.
  • Intensive OutpatientThis phase, which we proudly offer, spans 4 days a week for 3 hours each day. Here, you’ll delve deep into understanding your addiction, building foundational skills for sobriety, relapse prevention, and fostering accountability. After achieving around 8-12 weeks of sobriety and mastering the basics of addiction, you’ll transition to a less intensive phase. Note: Random urine analysis (UA) tests will be conducted a minimum of 2 days a month.
  • Outpatient (Least Intensive)Spanning 2 days a week for 2 hours each session, this phase, also offered by us, focuses on sustaining your newfound sobriety. You’ll reinforce relapse prevention skills, community reinforcement approach and family training, and navigate life’s challenges as a sober individual. Once you demonstrate the capability to maintain sobriety independently, you can graduate from our outpatient services. However, we strongly recommend attending local or weekly addiction recovery meetings for continued support. Random UA tests will continue, with a minimum of 2 days a month.
