Willapa Behavioral Health is searching for a full-time, bilingual (Spanish speaking), compassionate Mental Health Therapist to work on site right on the Pacific Coast in Long Beach, WA.
- Schedule Options: 4 days 10 hour shifts, or 5 days 8 hour shifts.
- Moving Assistance/Sign on Bonus: Up to $2,000 based on distance of relocation.
- Salary: $25.00 – 33.00 plus pay for performance up to additional $2,000/year based on degree and experience.
- Benefits:
- Pay for performance eligible for $500.00 per quarter.

Duties:
Provide professional mental health services in a community setting, performing assessment and treatment, and community outreach to individuals and groups in a culturally competent manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- BA in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Certification as a mental health professional, or LMFP, LMHC, LICSW, (SPC, SCSW) Washington license preferred.
- Masters degree in a related field.
- Essential worker providing in-person delivery of care.
- Compliance with health care regulations and immunization requirements.
- Skills Required:
- Minimum two years’ experience in mental health or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated computer competency and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain good rapport with co-workers.
- Competency in working with a diverse population.
- Upholding professional conduct and confidentiality.
