Therapist Youth WISe Program

Willapa Behavioral Health and Wellness is searching for a full time therapist for the Wrap Around Intensive Services (WISe) program to work with youth on the Pacific Coast in Long Beach, WA.  The therapist provides compassionate, professional mental health services in a community setting, performing assessment and treatment, and community outreach to individuals and groups in a culturally competent, client centered manner in accordance with best practices.

Skills:

• Minimum two years’ experience working in mental health or related field preferred
• Demonstrated computer competency and time management skills
• Able to maintain good rapport with co-workers.
• Demonstrate competency in working with a diverse population
• Demonstrated background of upholding professional conduct and retain confidentiality of clients

Salary

$25.00 – $33.00 plus pay for performance adding up to $2,000 based on meeting performance objectives.
