Description

Willapa Behavioral Health is searching for a full-time, compassionate Mental Health Therapist to work on site right on the Pacific Coast in Long Beach, WA.

• Schedule: either 4 days 10 hour shifts, or 5 days 8 hour shifts.
• Moving Assistance/Sign on Bonus: Up to $2,000 based on distance of relocation
• Salary: $25.00 – 33.00 plus pay for performance up to additional $2,000/year based on degree and experience.

Duties:

Provide professional mental health services in a community setting, including assessment, treatment, and community outreach in a culturally competent manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA in Social Work, Counseling or related field
  • Certification as a mental health professional, or LMFP, LMHC, LICSW, (SPC, SCSW) Washington license preferred
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Essential worker providing in-person delivery of care
  • Compliance with health care regulations and immunization requirements
• Skills Required:
  • Minimum two years’ experience in mental health or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated computer competency and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain good rapport with co-workers
  • Competency in working with a diverse population
  • Uphold professional conduct and confidentiality of clients
